The Metos range of commercial food production kettles delivers a complete solution for professional kitchens, covering static, combi, electric sous vide jacketed kettles, bratt pan with mixer, sous vide cookers and chill tank water baths.
Designed for efficiency, safety and long-term reliability, Metos kettles reduce manual handling when cooking or mixing large volumes, helping food production kitchens improve consistency while lowering labour demands and workplace risk.
The Metos kettle range covers 40 – 400 litre capacities across multiple series, including VIKING 4G, VIKING Classic, PROVENO and CULINOPRO. Models are available in electric or direct steam-heated versions, with static or combi configurations depending on the range. All Metos food production kettles feature a high double jacket for water or steam, delivering efficient heat transfer around the kettle bowl for consistent cooking results. Seamless welding ensures smooth internal surfaces with no edges for dirt to collect, while full access to the bowl supports easy cleaning. Electric or hydraulic tilting provides a 600 mm decanting height, improving ergonomics and allowing product to be safely decanted into trolleys or tote bins.

The Metos 4G range of Viking and mixing kettles are the next generation of practicality for any bulk food manufacturers. All models in this range can be free-standing, making installation and maintenance of large production kettles at ease. An elevated control panel is ergonomically positioned and simple to use.

Available in a range of static kettles and combi kettles, the Metos VIKING 4G range is a reliable choice for small to mid-size production kitchens. Offering a variety of smart upgrades with an elevated display control for food temperature, controlled water dosing and also with the ability to have the kettles free-standing for easy installation and maintenance.
VIKING Classic Combi Kettles
VIKING Classic combi kettles are the basic cooking kettle with powerful integrated mixing device for versatile and professional food production sites. With a range of capacities from 40 - 200 litre versions, many small to mid-sized kitchens benefit the use as many dishes can be cooked from start to finish all in one unit.
PROVENO Combi Kettles
Featuring integrated mixers with stepless speed control, the PROVENO electric and steam combi kettles (40L - 400L) offers versatile, high-performance cooking for commercial kitchens. All models feature an integrated mixer with stepless speed control (10 - 160 rpm) and auto-reverse, tilting while mixing with stepless 10 - 160 rpm mixing, ProTemp real-time food and jacket temperature control, Delta-T cooking, USB HACCP connectivity with optional hot water food filling. Stainless steel construction with safety features to ensure reliable, precise, and efficient operation.
CULINOPRO Electric Combi Kettles
Available in 40 – 400 litre capacities, the Metos CULINOPRO range of electric combi kettles is a versatile solution for small to large production kitchens. Featuring integrated mixing, elevated 7” touch controls, variable mixing speeds and preset patterns, the kettles also include automatic water dosing, timers and consumption monitoring, with electric (40–150 L) or hydraulic (200–400 L) tilting for ergonomic decanting and seamless construction for safe, hygienic operation.
PROVENO Sous Vide Electric Jacketed Kettle
Designed for precise, controlled cooking in high-volume food production, the PROVENO 400L sous vide electric jacketed kettle combines integrated mixer with up to 100kg sous vide capacity. Stepless mixing and ProTemp temperature management provide independent control of product and jacket temperatures, while Delta-T cooking automatically regulates heat transfer for consistent results. Finished in durable stainless steel with an acid-proof inner bowl, the Proveno is built for reliability, hygiene and repeatable performance, with hydraulic tilting and tilting-while-mixing improving safety and workflow efficiency.
VIKING Bratt Pan with Mixer
The VIKING electric bratt pan with mixer deliver high-temperature cooking and mixing for commercial food production environments. Available in 150 and 250 litre capacities, the range features integrated mixers, stepless temperature control from 50°C to 250°C and simple electromechanical operation via an elevated control pillar. Electric tilting with auto tilt-back provides a 600 mm decanting height, while removable mixers, automatic water dosing and stainless steel construction support efficient, safe and reliable bulk cooking.
Hot Fill DOS Automatic Liquid Food Dispenser range
The automated hot fill pumping and dosing range delivers fast, precise dispensing of soups, sauces, stews, and mashed potatoes into bags or containers. Its allows dosing and filling in a single workflow, saving time, while quick-change fittings make switching between bags and containers effortless. Designed with safety and ergonomics in mind, the Hot Fill DOS range reduces strain on shoulders and wrists while minimising the risk of scalding by handling hot food directly. This creates a safer, more efficient workstation that supports consistent, high-volume food production.
Sous vide cookers & chill tank water baths
The Metos sous vide unit with chiller cooling and chill tank water bath range provides automatic cook-chill or chill-only solutions for vacuum-packed or bagged products. Sous vide models automatically cooks the product followed by rapid chilling. Chill Tanks water baths handle cooling of liquids and semi-liquids only. All units include pull-out baskets, overhead lifting devices, cage trolleys and remote chillers for efficient, safe handling, with ergonomic designs that simplify loading, unloading and operation in high-volume production environments.
