Provers

State of the art design and manufacturing techniques ensure our roll-in prover are adaptable to suit almost any baking application.

Convair units are manufactured using prefabricated panels and supplied in knock-down format for assembly on site. The heat and humidity generator module can be fixed to either side of the prover room (specified at time of order). For the retard cycle we use a proprietary drop-in refrigeration plant that is controlled 24/7 on the control module.

The Paramount provers are available in single and two door models, constructed in stainless steel and fitted with sight windows as standard. They also feature reach-in cabinets with adjustable shelves and are supplied on wheels for easy installation and cleaning.
