Moffat offers stainless steel tanks as standard on all Blue Seal and Waldorf pan commercial deep fryers including gas, electric, single and twin pan fryers. Stainless steel is so much easier to clean than mild steel that we offer a 10-year warranty against material or weld failures on our fryer tanks.
